Duties

• Represent clients in complex litigation involving data privacy and cybersecurity.
• Advise clients on risk mitigation strategies in privacy and technology law.
• Handle regulatory investigations and professional liability matters.

Requirements

• Experience in complex litigation involving data privacy and technology E&O.
• Senior-level knowledge of privacy laws and cybersecurity incidents.
• Strong litigation background with regulatory investigation experience.
• Prior experience at a respected law firm (7 years or more).
• A portable book of $350K is preferred, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Ohio.
