Duties

• Oversee and mentor case managers in preparing and filing immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex immigration matters to corporate clients.
• Utilize legal research platforms to analyze and summarize findings.
• Maintain communication with clients, attorneys, and government agencies.
• Stay updated on immigration news and developments.
• Assist in generating new client relationships through research and presentations.
• Participate in relevant bar associations and firm meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years practicing immigration law.
• Experience in employment-based immigration law preferred.
• Understanding of nonimmigrant categories and employment-based immigrant processes.
• Experience advising on I-9 and employment eligibility issues preferred.
• Admission to state bar association and in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
