Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in bankruptcy law.
• Knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
• License to practice law in North Carolina or Tennessee.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in North Carolina or Tennessee.
• Admitted to Bankruptcy Courts in North Carolina or Tennessee.
