Review and evaluate PI claims and provide legal advice to clients. Draft/respond to complaints, motions, and discovery. Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions. Attend hearings, and provide guidance and counsel to clients. Document all legal action and communication in case files through the software Smart Advocate. Texas Bar license essential.
