Duties

• Independently manage a caseload of complex trust and estate litigation matters, including court appearances and settlement negotiations.
• Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level team members.
• Contribute to business development and the firm's growth strategy.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and uphold high standards of service.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in trust and estate litigation and related private client work.
• Strong knowledge of SCPA, EPTL, and relevant tax, trusts, and estates legislation.
• Experience in supervising or managing junior team members.
• Strong writing skills and experience with motion practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
