A law firm seeks an exceptional mid-level litigation associate in New York City, NY. The candidate should have substantial experience in drafting legal briefs for dispositive and discovery motions, conducting legal research on complex issues, and working both independently and collaboratively.

Duties

• Draft legal briefs for dispositive and discovery motions.
• Conduct legal research on complex and sophisticated issues.
• Collaborate with small or large teams effectively.
• Think critically and develop solutions for novel legal issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in U.S. federal courts.
• Interest in investor-related lawsuits, securities litigation, and/or crypto-related litigation.
• Experience at a boutique to mid-size law firm preferred.
• Commitment to pro bono work is a plus.
• NY Bar required; NJ and CA Bar a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York Bar.
