Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and preparation
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the Florida state bar
• 3 years of experience in insurance defense (construction defect/professional liability)
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
