Requirements

• 5-7 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
• Proficiency in taking and defending depositions.
• Strong advocacy skills and ability to draft and argue dispositive motions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
