Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in criminal defense matters from intake to case resolution

• Provide full-scope legal services on both flat fee and hourly billing models

• Develop and implement case strategies tailored to individual client needs

• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence

• Appear in court for arraignments, hearings, and trials

• Maintain frequent and professional communication with clients

• Utilize technology and cloud-based practice management systems to manage caseloads

• Contribute to a collaborative and mission-aligned legal environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing criminal law (either solo or with a firm)

• Proven courtroom and advocacy skills

• Strong written and oral communication

• Client-first mindset with a collaborative and compassionate approach

• Comfort with legal technology and remote tools

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia
