The candidate should have 5+ years of relevant litigation experience. Should have substantive experience in the area of business and/or commercial litigation, with trial support experience. Experience in construction and/or insurance coverage, a plus. Must also have excellent communication skills, demonstrate initiative, and can assume significant responsibility immediately.
