Preference to candidates with portable clients, prior careers, appellate experience, and/or excellent academics (top 25% or better). You must have the confidence and ability to handle hearings and trials in state and federal court, research complex issues, write clearly and be able to explain complex legal issues in plain English. WRITING SAMPLE IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO AN INTERVIEW.
