A law firm seeks an Experienced Associate Attorney specializing in Business Immigration in Santa Monica, California. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with a preference for candidates in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team to prepare and file various business-related visa petitions, ensuring high-level client communication and case strategy execution.

Duties

• Analyze and communicate options to address clients' business immigration needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate communication with clients during and after the application process.
• Supervise and collaborate with supporting staff to ensure correct application preparation and filing.
• Maintain accuracy for high-volume, rapid turnover cases.
• Assist clients and staff with questions throughout the filing process.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Valid membership in an applicable Bar association.
• At least 5 years of business immigration experience.
• Strong knowledge of various case types, including NIV, L visas, E-2 Treaty Investor visas, and PERM.
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar membership in good standing.
