Position Includes:

Job Duties:

Complete P&L responsibilities

Responsible for all of the daily sales and service activity in and out of the store

Lead the sales team, inside and out

Manage tire service team

Manage mechanical service team

Maintain inventory of needed supplies

Providing excellent customer service

Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

Familiar with commercial tires and/or truck mechanical services

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent customer service skills

Communication skills

Strong performance & work ethics

Attention to detail

Computer literate
