Duties

• Represent clients in pre-trials, trials, and hearings effectively.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of experience in complex litigation, preferably in construction law.
• Active license to practice law in Florida.
• Proficiency in ATO or similar case management software.
• Experience with billable hours and strong time management skills.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications
