Duties:

• Independently manage a caseload from initiation to resolution
• Represent clients in various personal injury and insurance defense claims
• Communicate with clients and provide consistent case updates
• Handle depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Collaborate with opposing counsel and internal teams
• Ensure accurate and timely case management and documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Superior research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively
• Willingness to adapt and learn quickly
• Must reside in Texas and be able to travel within Texas, specifically the DFW area

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Texas

Certifications:

• Valid Texas Bar membership
