The candidate will provide administrative support to Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys preparing civil and felony files for Court to include carefully reviewing chronological case history for court order establishment, modifications, last court ordered arrearages; reviewing child support payment records and calculating payment history detail to determine child support arrearages, arrearages owed to the State, if any; preparing required court documents for upcoming hearing; corresponding with Sheriff’s Department for in-custodies and preparing those files for court at minute’s notice. Maintain strict confidentiality policies within and outside of the office; participate in training meetings. Must be detail oriented. Must have Bachelor’s Degree (business or related field) or paralegal certificate. Should have 12+ months of prior experience in office setting.
