The candidate will assist senior counsel and HR personnel with employee relations and HR policy issues on a global basis in the jurisdictions where the Company has employees, including Texas, California, and North Carolina in the United States and the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore globally. Coordinate with management and outside counsel as needed. Provide counsel for and help manage legal risk relating to a wide variety of employment-related legal and business issues. Keep abreast of and advise on developments in employment law. Develop and revise employment policies and procedures, including employee handbooks. Draft and negotiate employment, consulting, and related agreements. Advise on employment law-related compliance issues. Provide support with respect to immigration and visa issues. Assist in the oversight of any employment-related litigation matters.
