Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and government officials.
• Conduct legal research and stay current on immigration laws and policies.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in any U.S. state (Texas preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience practicing immigration law.
• Experience with employment-based immigration preferred.

Education
