O’Brien, Belland & Bushinsky is seeking motivated attorneys for multiple associate positions with the firm in the areas of Labor representation and representation of multi-employer ERISA benefit funds, including contract interpretation for a multitude of clients and complex ERISA collection litigation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Evaluation of cases on an ongoing basis and discussions with clients concerning same.
· Legal research and contract interpretation.
· Drafting of pleadings.
· Depositions and discovery
· Motion Practice
· Court appearances and arbitrations
Working relationships are established primarily with the Trustees of benefit funds as well as Labor Union leaders.
Education and Training
Membership in New Jersey Bar required. Membership in Pennsylvania and/or New York Bar a plus.
