Requirements

• 2-5 years of complex civil litigation experience (plaintiffs' side or defense).
• Exceptional legal research and writing abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with case management software and legal technology.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Passion for advocating on behalf of injured plaintiffs.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
