Requirements

• 3-8 years of employment litigation experience.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Experience with depositions, motions, and discovery.
• Trial experience is highly preferred.
• Interest in employment law and related cases.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in California.
