The candidate will be responsible for teaching, scholarship, and service as set forth in the School of Law Faculty Handbook. Will teach in the area of Federal Courts. Should have a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school and superior academic background. Must have significant relevant practice experience. Demonstrated record of or potential for effective teaching and scholarship is required.
