Duties

• Prepare and prosecute patents in electrical engineering and software-related technologies.
• Engage in patent prosecution involving machine learning, artificial intelligence, and neural networks.
• Handle matters related to radio frequency circuitry and hardware or communications security.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• J.D. and active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
• Admission to the USPTO.

Education

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.

Certifications

• Admission to the USPTO.

Skills

• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• Experience with machine learning, AI, and neural networks.
• Knowledge of RF circuitry and encryption/decryption technologies.
