Duties

• Litigate family and civil law matters from start to finish in Virginia state courts.
• Draft court documents, conduct discovery, and assist clients in settlement decisions.
• Provide high-quality legal assistance to clients of varying income levels.
• Communicate effectively with clients on technical matters.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience in Virginia state courts.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.

Skills

• Experience in family and civil law litigation.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
