Duties:

• Assist in securities enforcement and regulatory investigations.
• Work on compliance-related matters for high-profile clients.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs related to securities litigation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex securities issues.
• Support senior attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with the team on litigation strategy and client communications.
• Participate in client meetings and assist with case management.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in securities enforcement, regulatory investigations, or compliance matters.
• Strong understanding of securities laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience handling complex litigation matters.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or ability to become admitted in the relevant jurisdiction).

Skills:
