Accounts Receivable Clerk
The candidate will be responsible for posting cash receipts, preparing daily financial reports, weekly credit limit reports and monthly attorney A/R reports. Other tasks include making collection calls, retainer transfers, client account analysis, reconciliations and miscellaneous tasks as needed. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as experience working with clients, attorneys and staff at all levels is sought. A high degree of professionalism and customer service skills, in addition to the ability to adapt to changing priorities is also needed. Superior computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), and proficiency in Aderant (accounting software) are required. 3 - 5 years’ experience in a law firm. Bachelor's Degree also required.
