A law firm seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their team in Texas. This remote, full-time position offers an opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters and work in a collaborative environment.

Duties

• Independently manage a high-volume caseload across all litigation phases.
• Serve as lead counsel in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, including motions to dismiss and for summary judgment.
• Conduct thorough legal research and oversee all aspects of discovery.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and respond to escalations.
• Conduct legal analysis and provide recommendations on compliance and advisory issues.
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with internal departments.
• Contribute to process improvement and remain current on legal trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• 5 years of experience in creditor's rights.
• Strong advocacy skills and ability to manage deadlines efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Texas Bar License (Required).
