Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Finance Counsel to join its Debt, Servicing, and Restructuring group in Orlando, FL. This role offers the opportunity to engage in a variety of financial and real estate matters, including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts.

Duties

• Represent lenders and commercial real estate developers in diverse transactions.
• Handle senior, mezzanine, and equity financing matters.
• Manage acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
• Oversee foreclosure and workout processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of significant commercial real estate finance experience.
• Experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admitted and in good standing in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, or Texas.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
