Hospital Senior Credit Analysts
The candidate should have demonstrated expertise in analyzing the creditworthiness of hospitals utilizing both financial and economic measures. An MBA, law degree or CPA, with 5+ years’ prior experience either as a hospital auditor, investment banker, rating agency analyst, hospital loan underwriter or bank analyst is essential. Knowledge of public finance, real estate finance and the bond markets is a plus. Daily interaction with clients and transaction group professionals including architects, lawyers, accountants and bankers is required and therefore, excellent interpersonal communication skills are a must. Majority of time will be focused in preparing credit reports and modeling financial forecasts for senior management and inclusion in presentation submissions, under deal-related time constraints. Strong written skills, spreadsheet proficiency, and accounting experience are mandatory. An ability to travel is required.
