Job Overview: A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Cybercrime Enforcement Attorney - Of Counsel with seven years of experience to support cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement work within the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have law firm experience and expertise in civil litigation, particularly IP litigation, and internal and government IP enforcement investigations.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement matters.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings related to cybercrime and IP enforcement cases.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on cybercrime and IP enforcement strategies.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and Commercial Litigation Practice Group staff on case management and strategy.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, focusing on cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement.
• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably with a specialization in IP litigation.
• Strong understanding of cybercrime laws, intellectual property laws, and enforcement mechanisms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications:

• Certification or specialized training in cybercrime or intellectual property law (preferred).
