Duties:

• Handle all phases of litigation, from case initiation to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on litigation matters.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Admittance to the Massachusetts Bar.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of practical litigation experience.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
