• Draft and analyze legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and parenting plans.
• Conduct legal research and apply findings to solve complex family law issues.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to efficiently move cases forward.
• Provide exceptional client service, maintaining regular communication and offering guidance with empathy.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the Arizona Bar.
• Significant experience in family law or related litigation.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills, adaptable to various situations.
• Excellent writing and research skills, with attention to detail.
• Empathy and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients in crisis.
• Organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple cases.
• Proficient with case management software and legal research tools.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
