Duties

• Lead the drafting and negotiation of complex legal documents, including letters of intent and purchase agreements.
• Structure and close hospitality financings, negotiating credit facilities and collateral packages.
• Manage seamless closings, collaborating with clients and transaction contacts.
• Conduct due diligence reviews to anticipate and mitigate risks.
• Mentor and lead junior associates.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of real estate and transactional experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Prior experience in a large law firm is required.
• Admission to, and good standing with, the State Bar of Illinois.

Education

• Stellar academic credentials.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
