Duties

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including premises liability, employment, automobile accidents, fraud, coverage, and construction defect matters.
• Handle a diverse caseload and manage cases through all stages of litigation.
• Develop and implement defense strategies.
• Lead discovery processes and draft legal documents.
• Appear in court for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to ensure successful case outcomes.
• Provide clients with effective legal counsel and communication throughout the litigation process.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Bar license in the state of Virginia.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think critically, analyze complex issues, and develop effective legal strategies.
• A high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Valid Virginia State Bar License.
