Duties

• Appear in court and travel as required.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Active member in good standing with the NC State Bar.
• At least 1 year of experience in personal injury law.
• Ability to manage large caseloads and supervise staff.

Education

• Doctorate degree in law.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
