A law firm seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Partner to join its growing IP practice group in Atlanta, GA. This role offers a strategic growth opportunity driven by increased demand in patent and trademark litigation, with a focus on complex patent disputes.

Duties

• Lead and manage sophisticated IP disputes in federal court and administrative tribunals.
• Collaborate with a team to provide strategic legal advice and advocacy.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, expanding the firm's IP litigation practice.
• Assist with litigation arising from existing IP clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of IP litigation experience, focusing on patent litigation.
• Experience in trademark litigation is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage all phases of IP litigation, including trial preparation.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Portable book of business is preferred, but not required for candidates with growth potential.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing.
