Duties

• Prepare and file petitions and applications for various visa categories.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on immigration processes and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of two years practicing employment-based immigration as a licensed attorney.
• Experience in a high-volume business immigration practice group.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent proofreading, editing, and time management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing.
