Associate Attorney – Estates and Trusts
The candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience. Will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of probate, estate and trust planning and administration, income tax planning and estate and gift tax planning, business succession planning and probate litigation. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively correspond with clients, courts, financial institutions and beneficiaries to obtain needed information. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with an aptitude toward math and basic calculations and learning new programs, as well as researching court filing requirements and following established procedures. Must be detail-oriented, organized and possess a solid work ethic to be able to work independently (with guidance and at times remotely) and in a fast-paced environment. Must currently be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and ideally open to obtaining licensure in other jurisdictions, specifically Florida.
