Duties:

• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Draft and argue motions before the court.
• Engage in trial preparation and trial advocacy as needed.
• Develop case strategies and provide legal analysis.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the judiciary.
• Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to requests.

Requirements:

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Prior experience in insurance defense or a related legal field preferred.
• Strong litigation skills, including depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Excellent legal writing and research capabilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in California (State Bar of California).
