Assistant Professor of Business Administration (Business Law)

The candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in all areas of business law and related topics (Human Resource Law, International Law, etc.). should have experience in entrepreneurship topics is a plus. Must have a commitment to research which leads to refereed publications. Service to the University and profession is also expected. Willingness to teach on-line is expected. Educational Required. PhD or JD degree from an ABA accredited law school and must be licensed in a U.S. jurisdiction. Must be professionally or academically qualified under AACSB standards and maintain that qualification. In addition, candidates should have the potential for excellent teaching and research. Transactional experience and civil litigation experience required. Should have 5 years of legal experience is expected, as well as real-world business related experience. Previous teaching at the college level is also expected. Should also have a refereed journal publication record and a commitment to continue scholarly activity.
