• Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on data security incidents and related regulatory investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations related to security.
• Desired Experiences:
  • Advising on privacy and security obligations.
  • Knowledge of state, federal, and international data security incident notification obligations.
  • Defending regulatory investigations related to privacy and security.
• Ideal Candidate:
  • Law firm or in-house privacy and cybersecurity breach response experience preferred.
  • Litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in privacy and cybersecurity breach response work.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Awareness of data privacy and security laws.
  • Effective and persuasive writing and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities.
