Duties

• Manage complex visa petitions and applications, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, TN, and family-based categories
• Conduct PERM labor certification processes from recruitment through filing
• Prepare and file adjustment of status and consular processing applications
• Represent clients before USCIS, Department of State, and federal courts in immigration proceedings
• Advise on compliance with I-9, E-Verify, and other employment eligibility requirements
• Conduct legal research on evolving immigration laws, regulations, and policy guidance
• Develop case strategy, draft briefs, and prepare clients for interviews and hearings

Requirements

• 7 years of hands-on immigration law experience
• Proven track record with employment-based and family-based petitions
• Familiarity with federal court litigation and appellate practice
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-stakes cases

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing
