Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Employment Law Attorney to join their team in Cincinnati, OH. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, supporting the firm's mission to advocate for consumer rights. This role offers the opportunity to work in various offices across Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, or Kentucky.

Duties

• Manage cases from pre-litigation to litigation.
• Handle pre-suit matters and assist senior attorneys post-suit.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the legal process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
• Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
