Duties:

• Conducting and managing written and document discovery
• Researching and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings
• Conducting/defending depositions
• Preparing witnesses for testimony
• Appearing for status conferences
• Arguing motions
• Participating in mediation, settlement conferences, and negotiations
• Experience with arbitration or trial preparation preferred

Requirements:

• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school
• An active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Experience with AmLaw 100 firms
• Familiarity with mediation, settlement conferences, and arbitration
