The candidate must be highly motivated to advise and represent employers in Washington workers’ compensation matters with an emphasis on aggressive defense, client development and sound judgment. Must have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and successful completion of the Bar exam and license to practice law in Washington. Must have 1-4 years of experience in workers’ compensation or employment litigation. Must have outstanding interpersonal communication, and excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
