• Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
• Provide updates and consult with Supervising Attorneys.

Requirements

• Five years of litigation or related experience.
• Licensed to practice law in New York State.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
