A law firm in San Francisco is seeking a Lateral Associate Attorney to join a thriving and collaborative plaintiff-side class action litigation practice. The successful candidate will take a leading role in cases, including investigation, consulting with clients, depositions, motions, appeals, and participating in trials and mediations. Duties:

• Lead case investigations and manage client consultations.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft, file, and argue motions and appeals.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and legal teams.
• Participate in trials, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience in class action or complex litigation is preferred.
• Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar (or eligibility for admission).

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar (or the ability to obtain admission).

Skills:
