Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and finance laws and regulations.
• Draft and review various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
• Assist in negotiating and structuring financing transactions.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on banking and finance matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on complex cases and transactions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediation as needed.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant law firm experience in banking and finance law.
• Highly motivated with superior client service skills.
• Must be a member of the Bar in a U.S. State and satisfy any requirements of the Firm's office's jurisdiction.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in a U.S. State.
