Associate – International Tax

The candidate will be assisting clients and working on consulting, planning, and reporting projects for multinational businesses. Services the international tax team would offer include: M&A support and transaction planning; group restructurings; quantitative analysis and modeling; compliance and reporting support; and inbound matters. Skills required to be successful will include: basic accounting and tax knowledge; proficient use of MS Excel and other basic quantitative software applications; problem-solving skills; ability to research and analyze unfamiliar concepts; written and verbal communication skills; and ability to work effectively with teams. Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in accounting or law and in process of obtaining relevant credential (e.g., CPA) required. 1 year of relevant work experience in tax, law, or accounting required. History of successful project completion and ability to clearly communicate key issues and roles with team members required. Ability to accurately evaluate business issues, identify and analyze tax issues, and clearly articulate relevant tax issues, application of authority, and conclusions required. Communication skills, both written and verbal required. Interpersonal skills and a natural facilitator required. Problem solving and analytical skills required. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
