Job Overview

Duties

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with financings and M&A in power and energy sectors.
- Substantive experience with energy tax credit transactions.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
- Admission to the state bar in Illinois or eligibility to waive in.
Skills
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
